Page 32, the disjunctive syllogism for Example 1.3.6.a in the middle of the page has p Ù q which should read
p Ú q.
Page 52, table at bottom, tracing through circuit reveals that with input 0 0, the output should also be 0.
Page 66, Example 1.5.7 Solution To check the original result, note that the given number is 1010002 should be 101010012
Page 145, third line from bottom of theorem 3.4.3 Let m + 2q2 should read m = 2q2.
Page 328 Formula for "Repetition is allowed" "Order Does Not Matter" has k - 1, should have just k in the lower portion of the binomial coefficient.
Page 342 Under "Number of Subsets of a Set" Theorem 5.3.5 is referenced twice, these should be Theorem 5.3.6.
Page 548, top of page should read: 3. [that is and (y, z) Î R, ]
Page 698, Solution to Section 1.1 #3 common form: p Ù q should be p Ú q
Page 705, solution to Section 1.4 number 18.a. reads (P Ù S...) which should read (P Ù Q...).
Page 779, solution to Section 10.1 #3.a last one of 4, (8,1)... was not in the question asked on page 544, should be
(-1, 7) which is related as -1 - 7 = -8, -8 = 2 * (-4) .
Page 793, solution to Section 11.3 number 3.a. arc from v3 to v1 should be from v1 to v3.
